Over the past two years, Allianz Global Investors engaged the company with three specific requests, Social factor – child labour practices i.e. banning minors within the supply (A) Example 1 within the supply chain of the chain, including ESG metrics company. including child labour in executive remuneration, and increasing transparency on the supply chain overall. We appreciate that the company released a Human Rights report in 2020 for the first time and applaud them for developments in their data disclosure, but would like to see additional improvements. 53
