The foundation of the association is to have a present Governance – ELFA buyside group that helps push for improved reporting and governance in the European leveraged 昀椀nance arena. Regarding topics on ESG, it covers primarily governance, but the association also helps educate and promote asset management engagement with issuers on ESG. Member of ESG Committee The ESG Committee is working to improve disclosure on ESG topics in the leveraged 2020 – ESG Europe 昀椀nance market and to develop best practice guidance on ESG disclosures for sub- present investment grade corporate borrowers in collaboration with the PRI.
