Given the variety and variability of shareholder proposals, it is often difficult to develop policy positions on the issues raised by shareholders; hence we prefer to review and vote on a case-by-case basis. AllianzGI supports shareholder proposals seeking information on the climate-related financial, physical or regulatory risks and how the company identifies, measures and manages such risks.
