As this is our first I&D Report, we’ve spent a lot of time thinking about exactly what we want it to achieve. Being authentic and transparent about I&D is key, Marine Palies and we won’t tell you that everything is perfect. Instead, the report gives an Inclusion and Diversity Leader, AllianzGI accurate and honest representation of where we are today, the challenges we are facing and the actions we are taking to create a more inclusive and diverse company.
